to do layout, editing, and graphic design for Janice Jacobs' mini-book, "The
Lousy Writer's Guide to Writing Persuasively." Author Janice Jacobs reveals her
time-tested strategies to write persuasive promotional copy to convert browsers

 I am currently
working on a book entitled, "Sales Letter Copywriting 101." It will help
non-writers and writers discover methods and techniques to create hypnotic
sales copy that turns visitors into paying customers. It will show readers how
to create attention grabbing headlines; the basic elements of the sales letter
and why it is important to follow them; the importance of having a strong first
paragraph and why it can make or break your sales letter; a simple 12 step
guideline to writing a killer sales letter; examples of lethal sales letter
mistakes that one should avoid at any costs; and lots more juicy details. The
book will be published in 2007.

 I am currently
working on a book design and layout for Andy Anderson's upcoming book,
"WRITTEN BY ME: How to Write & Sell Your Book for Fun & Profit."
Andy's book shows you how to go from idea to a completed book proposal.
His book shows you exactly how to write and sell. His book includes samples,
exercises, and a complete proposal which sold its first time out: everything
you need to know to write a saleable book proposal. Not sure when his book will
be released. Probably sometime in 2007.

I am writing a
book titled, "Freelance Poker Writing: How to Make Money Writing for the
Gaming Industry." My book shows writers and non-writers how to make money
writing for poker-related media, such as magazines and websites. Besides
cramming in a lot of how-to information, I also interviewed a handful of
well-known poker players and freelance poker writers.
Right now the book
is about 250 pages. It will probably be around 260 pages by the time I finish
and edit it. WritingCareer.com is publishing the ebook at the end of this year
or early 2007.
I am in the process of designing the book cover and

I am working on
another affiliate-based website called Book Club Savings. You can see my
work-in-progress at BookClubSavings.com. It will be a searchable directory of
book clubs. It will help people locate book clubs that fit their interests.
This website will also contain many useful how-to articles on book
clubs.

I love those
price-comparison websites. I finally got started on my own for magazine
subscriptions. My website,
MightyMagazines.com, searches through thousands of magazine
subscriptions and spits out the lowest price and who is selling it. Go to the
website and test it out. I am almost done programming the backbone of the
script. Then I need to improve the design and add useful
content.
