When you upload to twitter > choose your background file + before pressing save change clear the background on twitter + NOW press save changes.
Your background should be saved but it might now show up. So..
Go to your home page of twitter. Now go back again as if your starting from scratch.
This time click your background which you saved on twitter.
Press save changes. You’re bakground you once download will be on.
They got a bug, so I sorted it this way.
See, whenever i try to upload the image it always says twitter over capacity! Any idea why?

That was really awesome! The only thing you left about was about resolutions and the file size. How to make the file smaller and the to save it as a web file. However great job & I wil use the measurements you gave. Thanks

Make sure when you save it, save it for the web.
So go to file + save for web. Then you’ll not have difficulties uploading it on twitter.
